Herbs have been used for thousands of years to season and preserve food. Cuisines around the world derive their distinctive character from the addition of fresh or dried herbs and spices. This class will cover some of the history of herbs, how they have been used throughout the years, the basics on growing them successfully, and some of the many different ways they can be used in the landscape and in cooking.
